Jordans Elevator (S) PTE LTD, since its incorporation 5 years ago in Singapore, always maintains a faith of dedicating to superb building transportation experience. With more than 5 years’ assiduous exploration and practice, it has formulated a simplified but effective administrative management pattern and project operating mode featured by “good quality, high efficiency and reliable work safety”, and gained its competitive advantage in Singapore’s lift industry due to its effective management, rich talent reserves, refined installation workmanship, trustworthy quality and reliable work safety, which ensures the company’s capability for contract performance, and enables the company to simultaneously undertake numerous projects, with a capacity of installing over 500 lifts per year.

The past 5 years witnesses Jordans Elevator’s transformation in terms of HR recruitment and training. To strengthen the company’s installation capacity and project management skills to meet company’s demand for business development and expansion, the company has recruited technical staff of various skill levels from China and Southeast Asian countries and strived to improve their caliber and bring their potential into full play by providing them with different trainings with regards to diploma, post skills and professional techniques.

During the past 5 years, the scope of business of Jordans Elevator has been broadened gradually. At the initiation of the company, Jordans Elevator only focused on lift installation projects, but developed other business like lifts sales, lift upgrading and modernization, lift repair and maintenance, tech consultancy, fabrication and supply of lift parts and components, and so forth.

Jordans Elevator also underwent continual expansion of its business presence in the past 5 years. In the beginning, the company only took some big projects like MBS, big condo projects at Sentosa & Keppel Bay of Singapore, but its business spread to the whole island of Singapore as it had more technician resources and strengthened its brand reliability. In addition, the company also set up a branch company in Malaysia to expand its business. So far, the branch company has started its Green Haven Projects in Johor Bahru, and almost completed its Putrajaya 2C5 Project in Selangor. Other big projects are expected to start in 2017.

Management style of the company also improves in the past 5 years. Accredited to lasting exploration and reform, the company has established and ameliorated many institutions such as its team-based project contracting, project progress and labor reporting, monthly project meeting, attendance and job-dismissal notification, pre-work toolbox meeting, tools book-keeping and employee’s welfare and so forth, thus upgrading its capacity in administrative management and project execution.

Jordans Elevator has achieved great things in the past, facing future with firm confidence in heart. Upholding its original wish and will, it will march forward by full effort.
