Nov 19th of 2016 witnesses JE’s monthly work meeting in the company’s meeting room, presided over by Mr. Yuan, JE’s project director, where all management have attendance.

This meeting takes a key note of adjustment of management pattern to cope with severe external market circumstance. At the meeting, Mr. Deng, president of JE, emphasizes that work safety is the basis of a construction company, that all staff need to identify various risk and hazard before and during construction job to prevent any accident, and that all the management needs to communicate with workers about safety standards, safety awareness and installation criteria, so as to make our installation workmanship impeccable and indispensable.

Mr. Yuan puts forward solutions to construction tools management and site coordination, so to improve tools management and coordination capacity of construction team.

In the meeting, managers at different level, foremen and key technical personnel have heated discussion on such issues as tools & material delivery and management, installation quality, site coordination, extra work record and report, cooperation with partners, correction feedback and so forth. They reach consensus on some issues and come up with proper solutions.

In the end, Mr. Deng concludes the meeting. He acknowledges the effort all employees have made to the company, and calls for proactive measures to respond to the challenging market; he urges all employees adjust their work style, reiterating that construction safety and customer satisfaction shall be the focus of all work, and that we should stand together in thick and thin and keep targeting at our original aspiration.

This meeting enhances our unity of thoughts, deepens our understanding of current market situation, and gives solutions to problems encountered during construction site, thus strengthening our confidence and showing us the right direction so that all of us can do our job better in the future.
