August 13th witnesses JE’s monthly work meeting in the company’s meeting room.

During the meeting, site managers of different projects recall major hazards that occurred in the past month, give analysis to the causes, and raise solutions to avoidance of their recurrence.

The participants of the meeting have in-depth discussions pertinent to such issues as quality, work safety, materials, code of conduct and mechanism of communication.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Jordan Deng, President of JE, affirms the achievements made in the past, and the positive role the reporting system has played during hazard prevention; he reiterates that we all should learn the lesson from the near miss accident that occurred during construction work; he requires all foremen and team leaders pay more care and concern to their members; he also sheds a light on how to work out company’s projects in Malaysia, and briefs the whole lift industry in Singapore and anticipates the prospect of JE.

In the meeting, managers of all level, foremen deliver constructive speeches and make active response. This meeting, gives a summary of JE’s current performance, and solutions to various existing problems, which broadens eyesight of employees, and lays a solid foundation for better accomplishment of current jobs.
