JE’s production workshop was convened on Oct 14th, 2017 as regularly on Saturday of middle of every month.

This meeting was presided over by Mr. Yuan, Production Director, where Mr. Deng, JE’s President, managerial staff, work team leader and other skilled installers had presence; persons for JE‘s Malaysia Branch, including General Manager, Project Manager, work team leaders and some skilled workers also attended this meeting for the first time.

At the meeting, slides of pictures taken from different job sites were displayed to illustrate specific issues and mistakes related to construction work; Site managers and supervisors also raised some topics encountered during work, some of which were typically discussed; Mr. Yuan Liang, Production Director, emphasized that punitive measures would be adopted to misconducts such as violation of safety requirements and mismanagement of materials and equipment.

Subsequently, Mr. Deng, President of JE, summarized above-mentioned topics in terms of work safety, quality and prospect of company’s lift installation and sales business; he also put forward challenges the company is facing in near future, and encourages all to work hard to pull through challenges will full enthusiasm.
