JE’s production workshop was convened on Sep 16, 2017 as regularly on Saturday of middle of every month.

This meeting was presided over by Mr. Yuan, Production Director, where Mr. Deng, JE’s President, managerial staff, work team leader and other skilled installers had presence.

At the meeting, slides of pictures taken from job sites were displayed to illustrate different specific issues related to construction work, proceeded with slides to emphasize and demonstrate how to fill in various forms for quality control; Mr. Zhuang Yuan, Project Manager, raised such issues as tools inspection, tools transfer between different work teams, storage and protection of lifelines, and repair and maintenance of power tools; Jiang Xiaobin, Site Supervisor, stressed that installation drawings should be strictly followed during work, PPE be properly used and that workers should follow right procedure when asking for leave; Mr. Yuan Liang, Production Director, emphasized that all teams should intensify self-inspection after a piece of work was completed so as to strengthen quality control.

Subsequently, Mr. Deng, President of JE, summarized above-mentioned topics in terms of work safety, quality and pre-control; he reiterated that no matter how work team bonus was allocated, the principle of more reward for more work should govern bonus distribution. He also pointed following items:

• Never to be arrogant and self-aggrandized;
• To enhance our awareness of service and reinforce pre-control of our job;
• To confront with difficulties and challenge of slowdown of market;
• To ameliorate management and communication by respective work teams.

This meeting closely linked the past and the future by raising problems and offering countermeasures, making staff aware of current circumstance and more united to carry out all jobs later on.
