On Sep 15th, 2017, Mr. Deng, President of Jordans Elevator (S) Pte Ltd, attended an exchange meeting hosted by Habridge Institute of Management and delivered a thematic speech as a sole orator upon invitation. After the speech, he interacted with other guests by way of questions and answers.

Mr. Deng centered onThe Course of Sustenance & Development of Jordans Elevator.First of all, he elaborated the trend of development of Singapore’s construction industry, current circumstance of its elevator market and different strategy adopted by companies of varied scales to survive and win, with a summary that survival of small companies relies on excellent quality and service; he further illustrated the company’s operation and project management pattern, corporate culture, and employee turnover by detailed data and vivid figures, so as to present to audience the course of the company’s growth and development; finally, Mr. Deng extended his heartfelt gratitude to Habridge Institute of Management for their invitation and arrangement, as well as his sincere wishes to all guests on the scene.

Interaction between Mr. Deng and other guest succeeded the speech, where Mr. Deng answered several questions raised by guests concerning elevator technology, financial management, managerial authorization and business model replication.

On the scene, Mr. Deng’s talk was humorous, philosophic but easy to understand, making the whole scene live and full of applause and laughter.
