Feb 18th witnesses JE’s monthly work meeting in the company’s meeting room, presided over by Mr. Yuan, production director of JE. All the management attended the meeting on time.

This meeting, aiming at current stage of the company's operations, is designed to adjust the company's management direction as the meeting’s theme.

On the agenda, Mr. Deng, the company president of JE, stressed that, facing the current stage, the question is how to win the trust of customers, how to perfectly complete all the projects at this stage, requiring managers to be preventive rather responsive to problems.

Mr. Yuan, production director of JE, proposed that the company optimize manpower arrangements and coordination of human resources to improve management. In the meeting, all other managerial persons reviewed their scope of work of projects in their own charge, and elaborated thier plan for adjustment.

In the end, Mr. Deng made a summary on the meeting by saying that now the industry is grim, which poses a test to all, and that all must strive all out and work together for a better future.
